Where can I get a 32GB Samsung Galaxy S III?

Is Vodafone the only place to get a 32GB Samsung Galaxy S III on release day?

Yes. Maybe you can order one online from outside the UK?

You're telling me that you need 96gb of storage on your phone? Because the only reason to buy a 32gb S3 is if a standard 16gb S3 plus a 64gb MicroSD card isn't enough for you.

There's a difference between nosey and realistic ;).

True.
Don't be so realistic.
I'd never leave the house without all episodes of Corrie on me phong

Quick, someone tell Apple to stop making the 160GB iPod Classic, no-one wants that much storage!
On topic, Handtec have it listed for pre-order but no release date, it'll depend on the exclusivity period Vodafone has negotiated, which is likely to be 3 months minimum, more likely 6 months. An overseas import (from a GSM country) is your best bet if you can't wait.

160gb you say...then you'd need: a 64gb S3, a 64gb card and some way to cut down your, evidently massive, media collection.

Remind me doesn't the 32gb version come without an micro sd card slot?

I've not heard that, would make the 32gb kinda pointless? You might as well save ~£80 and get the 16gb S3 with a 16gb card.

Anyhoo - none of the specs sheets online say the 32GB SGS3 has no SD-slot o_O

The 32gb and the 64gb models will be poor seller. Most people don't want or need more than the 80gb a 16gb phone + 64gb card can offer. The 64gb model will be hideously expensive, and if you were buying one you must need to stick a 64gb card in it too. You're looking at well over £700 for a phone (as I doubt the 64gb model will be available on contract).

i can't see it available full stop

It'll be available SIM Free only, I can't see any of the networks taking it on (same as the 64gb iPhone 4S). It might even be import only in the UK, even the 32gb will have far weaker sales than the 16gb model, MicroSD cards are just so cheap nowadays.

So if the 32gb model won't be taken on by the networks, how come vodapoo have negotiated an exclusivity period? And given that some Android apps can't be run from an external card, why wouldn't you want at least 32gb internally so you can fill a card with video and music? Don't tell me you don't have a Go Pro?

Where did anyone say the 32GB model won't be available from a network? As for some Android apps not running from an external SD card, most big apps can move their data to one and the likely hood of most people having over 16gb of non-SD card compatible apps is small. And no, I don't have a Go Pro...
