64GB BlackBerry PlayBook for £129!

64GB BlackBerry PlayBook for £129!Over at PC World and Dixons, the BlackBerry PlayBook dropped to £129 and £149 for the 16 and 32GB models respectively, however the 64GB unit was – until recently – a wee bit more expensive at £249.

But what’s this? The 64GB BlackBerry PlayBook is now £129. Yes, £129 for a 64GB BlackBerry PlayBook. I’m currently hovering over the “Buy or Reserve” button.

Interesting point #1: the 64GB BlackBerry PlayBook was sold for £559 between May 18 and October 17 last year. You can now buy four for that price, with £43 left over. Sweet Moses.

Interesting point #2: the 64GB BlackBerry PlayBook is now the same price as the 16GB model, and cheaper than the 32GB. Insane-o.

For your £129, you’re getting a 7in display (600 x 1024), 1GB of RAM, front and rear cameras, and a 1GHz dual-core processor. Oh, and you can install Android apps too. Well, the ones that’ve been specifically ported.

Anyone tempted? I’m thinking about it, but realistically I’d stick it in a drawer with my still-unused PS Vita. Hmm.

It has a proper os on it tbh 2.0 is very nice os. What it lacks is third party interest.

The playbook is a great bit of kit! Needs more apps but the spec is top.

Its a great product for the price, for those who need it for the common use ie. emails, web, photos, music etc , do you really need a better os?!

Do you still use Windows 95? No? There's your answer.
