how do i access the "clipboard" on a huawei g300.my uncle has saved something there but cant find it??

He "saved" something in the clipboard? Those are temporary files... They go poof after a while or when you copy another item! Open a Note app and try pasting... Maybe the copied item is still there?

Install a file explorer like Astro or ES from the Play Store, and search. But I think you may need
a rooted phone to access those files. I have a look ;)

Pure AOSP version of Android does not save clipboard data to files; the data is stored only in RAM by the ClipboardService, which runs inside the "system_server" process.

And, from what I gather, different manufacturers may tweak that to their liking.
Samsung Galaxies, e.g., store clipboard content in /data/Clipboard ... but even that is not always so, and it varies from Android version to version, also...
