Adult filters on UK mobile networks

Which UK mobile networks employ adult content filters? I think O2 for one?

True, filters don't work very good. However, all networks will block what they deem to be adult content.
One of the reasons I use Lycamobile is no adult filtering. Without UK driver license or passport it's very difficult to lift adult filters on PAYG.

Three do in Ireland and I think in the UK also.

All uk based providers restrict adult content.

Restrict how? 5 minutes a day? 20? An hour?
Seriously: what gets me is: kids can buy a prepay broadband dongle that has zero filtration, but phones? Filter for all... yay! Where's the difference between filth on a laptop and filth on a smartphone? (nevermind what's happening on TV)

I wouldn't mind IF those filters worked.
But they don't. All kinds of non-smut gets blocked.
