Just got my Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread update! Yaaay 3G video calling!!

I just tried out the video and it works pretty good - I guess the big thing is that it's also supposed to work over 3g/4g connections which is pretty amazing. You can access it through Talk. I've had a few funky issues with the Voice app since, for some reason though.

Now install Skype and enjoy free video calls to other Skype members, anywhere in the world. (_;)

They don't state what phone, however Android has had it for years as I've used it from my Sony Ericsson 'dumb' phone to android phones a long time ago.
Also pretty sure Apple still don't have video calls?

Apple have it in their typical "sort of" way ;) - FaceTime

"Sort of", in as much as it only works over a Wi-Fi connection, so it's almost entirely useless :p?

Err, Skype?

Wifi only and only to other IOS devices. So they 'invented' a years old existing feature and crippled it massively, the same as they did with bluetooth.
