Lockscreen widgets
New clock design (looks worse, IMO)
Photosphere (that 3D panorama shooting mode thing, the results of which can only be viewed on a 4.2 device or on Google+).
Multiple user accounts (only available on tablets)

Nothing major, it was a pretty insignificant release. I get the feeling the only reason 4.2 exists is so that the newest Nexus devices had an extra selling point; newer software than anything else.

New swype-style keyboard is rather good and new notification drop bar is a start but needs more work.
