What's the best Android phone for £100 to £200?

I'd like to spend between £100 and £200 on an Android phone. Whats the best one I can get in this budget. I want to be browsing internets quite a bit, don't make many calls if that info is needed.

I bought an orange san francisco which is my first android phone having always been an apple fan, and am extremely impressed. The phone only cost £99 and is packed to the rafters with features and functions, gps, capative touch screen, wifi, bluetooth and 3g to name just a few. Most of the reviews that I have read have said the same as my own thoughts that for the money this phone is unbelievable and almost as good as its more expensive rivals (HTC devices for example).

I don't trust Samsung's update 'policy', so I'd say HTC Wildfire or the petite X10 Mini and X10 Mini Pro - though for a LOT of surfing the screen may be on the smallish side.

I was worried the Orange San Francisco was just too cheap and wouldn't have a lot of functionality of a slightly more expensive one.

I'd avoid the wildfire unless you've seen the screen and know you can live with it. I couldn't.

DUDE get the HTC wildfire"S" i hope u havent bought anything yet, because while you could say that you could get better in that price range, theyre dropping it another £40 on may, its got a better processor no annoying chin or track pad, and better version of android, and a bigger screen for more functionality.
