Apple 0% financing for 12 months @ Apple

Apple 0% financing for 12 months @ AppleGet this Apple financing deal @ Apple

If you fancy grabbing some shiny new Apple gear but can’t quite afford it, the Californians will let you spread the cost over 12 months – interest free. If you spend £1,000, for example, that’s a reasonable-sounding £83.33 per month. *starts looking at iMacs…*

Offer ends September 8 (which makes us wonder if the iPhone 6 launches on September 9).

Minimum spend £399.

If I had been paying monthly installments and then comes Mavericks and totally
f*cks up Finder, iPhoto and iTunes sync.... Bad things would have happened.
Just lower the prices.

Yeah...finance, that thing usually taken out by people who can't really afford whatever it is they want, but they're going to buy it anyway.

This is, however, a good (and sensible) deal if you have the money upfront (so you can't end up not being able to afford the repayments), put it in a bank account, pay off the Apple product over 12 months and then withdraw the accrued interest from the account when the product is paid off. That way you get the benefit of both the interest from the bank and the fact that inflation will effectively lessen the amount you pay to Apple each month.

Yay for responsible financial management, something most people seem to have a shockingly poor grasp of, unfortunately...
