Will Apple fix a jailbroken iPhone? Do they care if it's jailbroken or not?
To clarify: I've not broken, or jailbroken, my iPhone yet! Just being cautious

Officially? Nope. In reality? It depends. There is no definitive answer. If you complain about a software error that is quite possibly related to the jailbreak and the iGenius hasn't had s*x or good coffee in a while? Probably bad luckz for you.
On the other hand: I bricked a 4S that was jailbreaked and network unlocked via unofficial channels... had a new one within 20 minutes.

Depending on how it's broke, can't you unjailbreak it?
