Why won't Apple's Newsstand go in a folder?

Why won't Apple's Newsstand go in an iOS folder? Is that a bug or do they just really like Newsstand? :p

They really really like it :p
Pain in the a*s.
If you jailbreak, you can hide it. (or use a tweak to put iBooks shortcuts onto the newsstand, which makes it about 0.54% more useful ;)

Wonder just how many use it.

Yeah. I suspect it's the equivalent to Windows' Media Centre - which, as MS admitted a while ago, is used by 5-10% ...and only once and never again.

Suspect both are lower than that other here, I have used wmc though, it's not so bad if bit limited.
