Are there any apps for iPhone that allow you to create call and sms blacklists?

I'm thinking of switching from Symbian to iPhone, but have for the past 5-6 years been using various Symbian apps that allow you to create multiple Black and White lists. This allows me to switch profiles going into a meeting so that personal calls/texts are silently filtered but important work calls get through, and likewise when I get home I can filter all the work calls but still receive calls and texts from family and friends. Is there anything like this without jailbreaking? There's a new app out today in the App Store called iBlacklist, but the description is rather vague and it seems to define your blacklist for you...I've emailled the developers but no response.

I have a jailbroken iPhone 4 and I use the iBlacklist app from Cydia. It's great!
If you like tinkering, I suggest jailbreaking - it unlocks a whole bunch of little useful features. 8)

Yes loads. If you search 'blacklist' in itunes you get numerous apps.

Thanks, but none of the apps that come up (with the possible exception of iBlacklist as mentioned above) are anything to do with filtering calls/texts. Unless because I'm searching on an iPad I'm only getting the apps that are compatible with iPad as well as iPhone?

I believe that is the reason, but I'll have to check myself again.

Apologies, it seems actually there aren't any :O
I may have remembered the Cydia iBlacklist apps...that is apparently a different one than iTune's iBlacklist. Hmmm

There are a few blacklist apps on cydia. Some work really well, some don't. Is it that much of an issue that you "must" have this feature on your phone?

I think his 1st post explains it ;)
I say, stay with Symbian. My impression is the new toy OS's would lose their appeal rapidly once you realise what you're losing in functionality. Both iOS and Android are fun to use, but it'll take a while to for them to grow up :p
oops.
