You can use Astro filemanager to back up all your installed apps to sd card. Then insert that sd card into your new phone; open the back-up folder and install your apps. Astro is available in the market place, and they didn't bribe me to say this It's just the only filemanager I have used for that ourpose.

The apps you’ve downloaded on your Android phone are tied to your Google account. When you sign in to your new Android phone, you can easily download the apps again.
