Does ARM make processors for smartphones?

I'm confused about processors... does ARM make processors for smartphones directly or do other companies just use its technology? Thanks!

Jan! Really, I still get moderated after nigh on 2.5k posts :(?

Sneaky edit:

ARM simply license their architecture to other companies (e.g Qualcomm, Samsung, Apple, Texas Instruments etc), who then produce the processors themselves.edit
