Does ARM make processors for smartphones?
I'm confused about processors... does ARM make processors for smartphones directly or do other companies just use its technology? Thanks!

ARM simply license their architecture to other companies (e.g Qualcomm, Samsung, Apple, Texas Instruments etc), who then produce the processors themselves.
