Can you arrange Android apps into folders?

With Android, can you arrange the apps into folders like the iPhone?

On your Android phone hold down the Menu button and then let go.

- In the menu that appears tap Add.

- In the new menu that appears tap Folder.

- The next menu gives you a number of folder options just pick new folder.

- Your new Folder is now on your Android desktop.

- Tap it to open it up and you can put in files, programs or other folders.

- To give it name hold your fingertip in the title bar where it says Folder.

- A dialog will appear where you can rename the folder.

- When you're done just click OK.

I seem to remember quite a few apps/widgets in the Android Market that offer just that. I'll check.
