You will need to contact your provider's customer care so they can reactivate your add-on.
When you sign-up for Blackberry services, you essentiallly enter a subscription 'contract' - be it bill- or prepay. You part of the job is to have enough top-up when it's renewal time.No
'credit' means for them, you don't want their service anymore.
So, make the call. And at the end of next month make sure you have topped up sufficiently.
