Does the BlackBerry Bold Touch work as a Wi-Fi hotspot?

Can you use the BlackBerry Bold Touch as a Wi-Fi hotspot?

Yes, you can. BlackBerry OS 7.1 which is currently being rolled out across the universe brings the WiFi hotspot capability! There are also already 3rd party apps to do it, but they are outrageously eXpenSive.
So, be patient :)

Evidently the review I quoted from was outdated, my bad. I didn't mean to be misleading, sorry OP.

No biggie - can happen, eh ;)
I think if/when a reviewer makes a big deal of a missing feature, it is their duty to update ;)

I assumed (stupidly), that a Crackberry, which is like the holy grail of BB fanboy sites, would be accurate and up to date in its reviews. Especially with a feature that makes a BB look like a better phone.

Apparently not. I shall delete my 1st post as not to be misleading :).
