No company will let you do that, why would they, what's in it for them? Just sell the S2 and then buy an S3 with the money from the S2 (and some more money that you'll have to put up yourself). Or, stick with the S2 as it's still a great phone.

True matt but I've never sold anything in my life lol don't know where to put it up first.im worried about scammers and fraud etc and what sort of price should I be looking at to put down?

Selling to a friend, or someone you know, is probably the safest option but as that seriously narrows your potential buyers, it's not always a viable option. eBay pick-up only cash on collection, is relatively safe, though someone you don't know does have to come to your house to pick the phone up...

There's no 100% safe way of selling something, there are only more and less risky options, in all honesty.

Hey,

I'll buy it off you. How much do you want for it?

I think you're being a bit optimistic asking for £350, in all honesty...I can't stand by and watch Mobotniks get ripped off. Also, I'm not entirely sure you're allowed to buy/sell via Mobot, I won't stop you for now, but I am going ask Emma (Mobot boss) about it.

Delivered, from a seller with 99.9% positive feedback from over 750 transactions, for just over £330 with buyer protection (FWIW) off eBay.

To be honest I'm the legal owner of the phone and it's upto me how much I want to sell it for, but I actually didn't know if ur able to sell on here but it's cool.

As u can see,I didn't ask anyone to buy it,I asked a bout a company.

Nevertheless I already have a buyer willing to pay that £340 so I will go ahead with him as he is a close friend of mine.

Thanks yall
