Can I get a breakdown of Vodafone PAYG credit use?
Is there somewhere I can see what I've spent my Vodafone PAYG credit on?

NOpe. Not as far as I know, anyway. Usually, on payg, they will answer specific queries - say, you find one particular day you were charged too much/little, but no, otherwise not.
