Should I buy a case for the HTC One S?

HTC One S ordered, yay! Should I buy a case or is the ceramic body quite tough? Knowing me, I will drop it at some point :(

BUY a case ASAP!
I had a HTC One S for a few days upon launch. As it was a loan, I treated it super nicely. Not in a pocket with coins and keys... Yet, after 3 days the first visible blemishes between the headphone socket and the power button and in a couple of other places. Really small and hardly noticeable, but still - I don't wanna know what it's look like in ordinary daily use!

Dito the HTC One X that I am currently using... HTC definitely f*cked that up.
Great phones otherwise. But ceramic, my a*s. You can see it's a microscopic layer.

Does seem like it's a touch vulnerable.
