Best way to buy a Samsung Galaxy Note 3? Any advice?

As a relatively light user, would I be better off buying a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 SIM free plus Three's £6.90 per month SIM

... or ...

... getting it on contract?

If you're a light user, why do you consider what is arguably the most powerful mobile device on the planet?
Also: if you consider buying it on contract, wouldn't the network coverage in your area play a deciding role?
Anyhoo... I'd wait until it's actually in the shops. Then I'd wait until there's bound to be a pre-Xmas offer... But that is mainly because I'm a bsolutely against contracts :p

As Jan said, I'd seriously consider something less extreme if you're a light user. It's a bit like buying a Mercedes S-Class to drive to your local shops and back once a week; total overkill.

I'm glad. Such vehicles make fantastic used purchases. Also, I can sell them on again with average mileage once my above average miles and their below average miles have evened out.

Doesn't make the original buyer any less stupid, but I'm thankful people do it, or God forbid I might have to buy an actually new car oO...
