Can you cancel your contract if the signal's bad?

I've had my phone for a few months but I could swear the signal is getting worse! Can you cancel a contract early due to poor signal? My phone is useless at home! :(

Ideally, this is something that would've been noticed during the 14-day cooling off period where you can return your phone for no charge.

Whether you can or not, depends massively on who you're with and how long you've got on your contract. It may also be decided on an individual basis, so you may be able to work something out with retentions possibly. By law, mobile network providers DO NOT have to offer a refund or cancellation for poor signal outside of the 14-day cooling off period.

Good luck with your problem and I hope you can get it sorted out!

There could be something wrong with the phone if the signal used to be ok.

Very true can you check reception with the sim in another phone?

Could you tell us which network you're on and which phone you're using. Thanks.
