Yes, corgi74 is right: if you want a 'tab' for anythng more serious than the occasional web session, or to read on the train, then a 2nd hand product is probably your only choice. I toyed with the budgety Archos tabs, Viewsonics etc... Okay to keep a child silent for 30 minutes, but nothing serious.
