What's the cheapest flagship?

Which can I get cheaper? Samsung Galaxy S4 or HTC One or Sony Xperia Z? All three sound great in different ways! :)

sim-free, prepay or on bill pay?

Sim-free. I'm lucky to have birthday money :D

Rather than choosing the cheapest, why don't you choose the one which you like the most? It's not like any of them are cheap enough to qualify as cheap, especially if you're a kid (I'm assuming you are if you're still getting birthday money).

Been playing with the Huawei Ascend P6 for 3 days now. There's cheap! And it's a good device.
It comes with a case, too - in case the Huawei logo is embarrassing :p

jan... how are you finding the overlay? on my huawei y300 it has a strange overlay which seems to slow it down a little otherwise its a good phone.

Yes, considering what the P6 has under the hood, there are odd moments of lag. Not catastrophic or in any way interfering with ones workflow, but noticeable now and again.
I like it though. More subtle and efficient than most Android skins/launchers.
I guess on your less powerful Huawei the UI may cause more lag?!?

possibly its mainly an issue after boot up but soon settles down. decent phone actually for the spec/price works well.
