Already know about smartfonestore, however they usually dont give you the box or accessories.

is there anywhere else i can get a better price?

Have you looked on Amazon.de, it's a little more expensive than 2nd hand, but usually considerably cheaper than a new, UK sourced device? That's where I got mine from and I'd recommend buying it from there to anyone.

Haha, well, since normal HSPA+ maxes out at 21mbps, I'd assume you are. The speeds you're getting probably wouldn't be beaten by EE's 4G!!

I only get this speed close to mid-night. No chance to get even 10% of that during the day.
