Is the high-spec Samsung Galaxy S a little out of your price range? Fear not. The Koreans have officially announced a sequel to their entry-level Corby, appropriately titled the Samsung Corby II. What else?
For those who like to stay on top of manufacturers’ ridiculous numbering systems, the original Samsung Corby was the S3650; this new Corby II will be the S3850. Obviously.
The Samsung Corby II will be available in three colours, namely carnival yellow, candy pink and fashion white. Yes, that’s fashion white, as opposed to snow, milk or ghost white.
Looking at the specs, the Samsung Corby II will add Wi-Fi, which was missing from the original S3650. It’ll have a 3.14in touchscreen, 2MP camera and FM radio, and will weigh just 100g.
The Samsung Corby II will hit Germany in late March, followed by the rest of Europe soon after. Stay tooned for specific dates and pricing.
