I think that depends on whether you're on bill- or prepay, and what sort of query you have to unburden....

There isn't one, it was taken away when orange merged and made EE, you will need to write to them or call.

Please I would like for the Direct Debit taken from my bank account on 04.06.13 for £12.47 twice and again on 02.07.13 for £11.00 twice to be paid back to my bank account. The Direct Debit ref. number used by Orange are [....]. Please note that I became a Orange customer on 17.08.13. but you started your Direct Debit payment before I got your Sim card. Your Sales Department told me that the Sim was sent to No............ London SE2 9SS which I never received. You will have to wrote in and get someone to address the issues after investigation, however you could just call and save you the ink.

It's a trend not limited to telecommunications to alienate us from the services and products we pay for. Alarmingly, it occurs in healthcare, policing and warfare, too... The local cop in rural areas no longer is a local with roots and family in the area. Privatised military dito..

It's all part and parcel of pulling the rug of familiarity from under our feet. In many cases, the corporations and state bodies do not even save money by outsourcing and shuffling staff about.

i think orange is a con artis they dont tell you everything when calling you on the phone to see if you would like a moblie phone or a ipad and they dont send a contract to you to sign to say that you have agree

philipfish  Nov. 3, 2014 at 18:39

Hi I have been a orange customer for about nine years on a pay as you go tariff then orange called me to see if I wanted to change to £10-00 a month contracted tariff with so many free min its and so meny texts per month now I told them as I only use my phone for the odd phone call or emergencys so it wouldent be worth my while.a week or so later I received a orange simm card through the post I sent it strait back now iv just had bill for£24-48p I think that is **** dispiicable how thay treet loyal customers of nine years not just me but everyone else we should all change phone companys all the best to you all Philipfish
