I'm out of contract with Three and I've got my PAC. Do my payments end when I use my PAC? Or do I need to give 30 days notice after using the PAC?

You need to give 30 days notice as far as I know...

As soon as you use your PAC and transfer your number contract will end. Make sure that you finished your contact and on month to month basis. You don't need to give any notice.
If your contract with Three is over at most they will charge you would be full price for current month. It never happened to me as I was charged 3/4 of my monthly fee after using PAC in the middle of the month. Since you usually pay a month in advance I was issued a refund. I was on direct debit, so refund went back to bank account automatically on next pay date.
Make sure you use your PAC within 30 days of it being issued. After 30 days PAC expires and you would need to call Three again and get another PAC.
