Copy contacts from a Samsung Galaxy S2 to Samsung Galaxy S4?

What would be the easiest way to copy contacts from a Samsung Galaxy S2 to a Samsung Galaxy S4? I'm wondering -- fingers crossed -- if they'll magically appear when I sign in with my Gmail?

how about sms from android to pc to android , you can try!

Is that your answer? Don't you think the question was how to do just that??????????

Yes, you can use your Google account to back up/synch your contacts.
Or, if you don't want that, open the contacts app, hit the share button/tab and select all contacts. Then email them to yourself. And open the attachment on your new Galaxy.
Or copy them all to your sim.

Yep as Jan says, provided you sync your contacts AND use the same Gmail account on your new phone, it will do it for you. And download all the apps you've currently got installed too, so make sure your on wifi :)

I would probably use Samsungs Kier software

Yeah, Kies would do, too. Although, I find Kies can be iffy with contacts that aren't in exactly the form and shape that it wants.
Dito copying to Sim - if it's an email only contact without ph-number that won't do! Nothing's 100%.

I personally wouldn't subject my pc to such an abortion as is Kies. It's already running Windows ferchrisakes!!

Hahaha
I find KIES improved a bit, but it's a resource sucker, and uninstalling it is about as impossible
as finding the opt-out page on the NSA's Prism site.
