Does it use data to download an MMS?

If someone sends you a picture message does it use your data to download it?

No it doesn't.
MMS uses different APN info (Access Point Name) to Internet and doesn't get charged per byte, but per message (depending on your network and plan)

Ahem, I can't swear to it, but no, I don't think so. You pay per MMS. At least here in Ireland. But I pretty much never use MMS. Email ;)
