How do I delete apps from my Samsung Galaxy S2?

Dragging apps from the homescreen just removes the shortcut. How do I remove the app completely from my Samsung Galaxy S2?

Settings - Manage Applications - tap on app you want to uninstall, scroll to bottom, hit 'uninstall'.

Or via the Market, if you got your apps off there...legally ;).

True. Market - menu - "my apps". Tap on app you want to delete.

doing the manage apps route nets nothing. there is no place or no place highlighted to accept a selection to remove or install. ON some it can be seen, but clicking on it does nothing.

Can any one help regarding deleting apps, I uninstall them on the phone and they are deleted from the phone no problems but if I log in to the play store on a laptop, desktop or tablet the app still shows and can't be deleted at all. Some free apps that I have tried and didn't like or were just useless to start with just can't be got rid of. Can they be deleted some how? If they can could some kind person please explain as my account has more deleted/not used apps on there than actual apps that I use day to day.

On the device you can go to Google Play > My Apps > (the slide across from INSTALLED to ALL and then there is a circle with a line through it next to uninstalled apps and if you click that you can remove apps from your previously installed apps list.

Don't think it can be done on the web site

Thanks for that Pondlife, I have deleted that app by sliding across to the All section and the app gets deleted and stays deleted on the phone. But if you look on the Google Play Store Website on a laptop, tablet or desktop computer the app that you deleted on the phone remains there and I have looked everywhere to delete it and found nothing.

Odd I tested it and worked here. :(
