I have a Samsung Galaxy Ace by the way

In Settings => Applications => Manage Applications.
Find the app, "Clear Data" => "Clear Cache" and "Uninstall".

If the "uninstall" button is greyed out, it is a pre-installed app that you cannot uninstall.

NB: Normally I would say: if you root your phone, you can freeze or uninstall pre-installed or system apps, but your phone is a Samsung Galaxy Ace - arguably, one of the buggiest, most fault-prone devices ever created. DON'T! If your Ace works, count your blessings. DO NOT mess with it. DO NOT root it. Do NOT UNINSTAL anything that isn't meant to be uninstalled.

Yes, the best thing about the Ace (bar getting rid of it) is the fact it has a 24 month Samsung warranty. Not something you want to void!
