How do I delete rubbish games from my iPhone?

Put your finger on the offensive game's icon and hold it there until all icons wobble; tap the icon and a little red 'x' appears in the icon's corner. Tap it again and you'll be asked if you want to delete/remove the app. If you change your mind or hit the wrong icon, or when you're done with the deletion process, hit the home button, and the icons are fixed again.

Alternatively, sync the iPhone with iTunes. In the apps tab in iTunes-sync untick the apps that you no longer want on the phone.
