Disable voice on the iPhone

Even when I disable Siri, I sometimes find myself accidentally long pressing the Home button and getting Voice Control. I don't want voice Anything, ever ;) Can it be disabled?

Yes, you can turn off voice control and "voice anything" on iOS devices such as your iPhone.
How? Open the iPhone Settings app and tap on GENERAL. Next find RESTRICTION. First: ENABLE "Restrictions" and then tick or switch on restrictions for "Siri & Dictation"... Yes, it says "Siri", but it will disable "voice anything", too
