How do I dry out my phone’s screen?

I got my phone wet and it still works, but I can see water under the screen. Is there any way to get rid of it?

Note though, without disassembly water trapped under the screen will dry very, very slowly, and you will probably be left with some permanent stains.
If you have a phone repair shop in your area, it might be worth letting them take a look. If the phone's worth it, you may consider buying a new screen. However, though it may work now, the phone may well develop faults in a month or two...corrosion takes time to take its toll ;)
If I were you, I'd use the time that it's still working to back up all your data. :(
