Can I use ebuddy free on a new mobile?

Looking to get a new phone, will I be able to use ebuddy for free on any?

eBuddy is available for pretty much all phones and PSP etc...the app and service are free, but if you use it over your phone's network, you'll be charged for traffic. Over wifi it is free. http://www.ebuddy.com/mobile.php
