Does anyone have an email address for O2 customer services? Prefer to have a written record of these things!!

02 SENT MESSAGETO MY PHONE SAYING 2 IF I TOPPET UP BY £20 THEY WOULD GIVE ME AN EXTRA £10 . !! I HAVE TRIED TEXING 02 & EMAILING E REPLY SAID THEY WOULD CONTACT ME WITHIN 72 HRS WEL I AM STILL WAITING FOR THIS TO BE PUT PN TO MY CREDIT ON MY PHONE. PLEASE WILL YOU REPLY TO THIS E MAIL.

Firstly, we're not affiliated with O2 and can't make them get back to you any sooner (try ringing them and speaking to a human being, that's always the least painful way to get a quick answer).

Secondly, please turn caps lock off, it just makes what you've written harder to read, not seem more urgent. Finally, as Jan has already sorted for you, don't post your phone number on a public forum.

Payment was made 31st Jan, telephonically Reference No. ************, you email acknowlegement of payment.

Please explain why my monthly bill is well in access of my contracted amount with you - which is £10.50 per month. This is not good enough - I cannot afford this, that's the reason why I have an agreement to pay only 10.50 each month
