Is envirofone safe?

What happens if I send my phone to envirofone and it goes missing?

Just make sure you go to the Post Office to send it and get proof of posting, don't use a paid for delivery service, thats just eating into your profit :-p As long as you have proof of posting to show that you did send a package to them then it will be fine, personally have used them 3 times with no problems.

Even though they give you a freepost envelope, if you're sending a valuable phone, I would recommend going to the post office and paying for a method of postage to insure you against loss. I'd probably send it special delivery, and they actually say that in the envirofone small print too.

Yes, I agree with discojake. Envirofone are safe, but posting anything valuable you want to be able to track and trace, and have insurance.

I used a site called http://www.sellmymobile.com to recycle my mobile and I've got to say it was fantastic. It was really useful as it's a comparison site I was able to compare all the prices for my old mobile so that I could get the best price for it!

I wouldn't trust proof of posting only as if you have to make a claim you're only entitled to approx £40 compensation - unless you're phone is worth less than this it's a big risk
