How do I factory reset an iPad?

How do I factory reset an iPad, so there's no data on it at all - as if it's brand new?

Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings

Note though => if you have really sensitive data on your iPad, you may want to go a step further and overwrite everything with something less sensitive! And then do another reset! Just resetting it to factory settings mean someone "curious" enough can recover stuff!
