Is there a fair use policy for data on T-Mobile's Full Monty?

Is there a fair use policy for data on T-Mobile's Full Monty?
Or is it truly unlimited?

It is truly unlimited but you cannot tether. So it is only unlimited on the phone.
Plus as of today there is a speed cap of 4mbps download speed and 1mbps upload speed.

Three are the only ones that do truly unlimited data with tethering and no speed caps (One Plan)

So they build and advertise a 3g network that can do 42mbps and then limit you to 10% of that. Nice.

3 do have speed throttling though

Not any more. They used too.

But tbh t-mobile are probably either trying to get people to upgrade to EE4G/too many people abusing the network/making themselves the budget brand by doing this.

And tbh 4mbps will be fine on a phone.
