Fair use policy on O2?

Does anyone know what the cap is on O2 for calls and texts? I currently have a contract with O2 which is advertised as "unlimited" calls and texts. Now I know that doesn't actually mean unlimited and it is capped, but I can't find an exact figure.

The contact points are 5,000 minutes and 12,000 texts.

No idea... and it seems a lot of people incl O2 staff are guessing http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-and-Pay-Go/New-On-n-On-tariff-fair-usage-policy/td-p/226779
Seems they 'get in touch' if you over-do it, though ;)

Cheers Ahmad, that seems like more than enough for anyone's personal use.

Just be aware it may have changed/may change.

I was told this last year by someone who works high up in O2.

In retrospect I should have come straight to you. You seem to be the man with all the answers when it comes to mobile contracts ;)
