If you're into your video games, you'll already know that this week is E3 - the biggest event in the gaming calender. It plays host to press conferences from the big publishers and manufacturers, and Bethesda Softworks kicked things off in style in the early hours of this morning. You can read reactions to all of the news over on sister site Dealspwn, but one piece of news is very relevant to us here on Mobot. While open-world RPG Fallout 4 was properly unveiled this morning, so was a spin-off mobile title called Fallout Shelter. A cross between Sim Tower, XCOM, and FTL, this management sim sees players run their own underground vault by recruiting new people, gaining resources, and surviving the horrors of the wasteland that come a-knocking.
While some microtransaction is featured for those that want extra items immediately, Bethesda have promised that the game is completely free with no pay-gates or hidden charges. It is available to download right now on the iOS AppStore, and will be coming to Android devices later this year.
