A good cheap Nokia Lumia
What's a good cheap Nokia Lumia, one that's not too big and has a decent camera? Is there one like that?

Cheap cheap or just cheap? 
A discount 920 or 925. Anything 'cheaper' and cheap is what you get.

I should clarify - the Lumia 520, 530, 630 etc are pretty good phones. In some regards (build quality etc) they beat far more expensive phones. And, generally, WP is very light in terms of resource requirements. BUT: their cameras are not the best. Lumia is not = Pureview....
