A good tablet for around £100?

I am looking for an Android tablet for my kids. They are going to be using it for learning mainly but also games and drawing (i.e. paint apps). They are both under five years old so it needs to be able to take a few knocks.

My wife would also be using it now and then (for browsing).

I am not asking for the stars but it needs to have a minimum of:

- 512MB RAM
- 2GB storage
- Android 2.2
- Capacitive/WIFI/etc.

Android 2.3 and Bluetooth would be a real bonus.

Don't think there is anything with brand name at this price. I would not recommend any chinese knock offs - they might be more of a headache to get working than it actually worth.

You are looking at Archos models. Something like this G2 or Archos 101.

Personally I'm holding out for Amazon Fire - it's £125 at current exchange rate, but only available in US. You just need to figure out how to ship one here.
