Google Nexus 7 3G stock returns to Google Play

Google Nexus 7 3G stock returns to Google PlayThe 3G variant of the Google Nexus 7 was one of three new Nexus devices unveiled by Google (*checks calendar*) four weeks ago today, and – like the Nexus 4 – proved highly popular with consumers, ultimately disappearing from virtual shelves.

Google is keeping schtum with regards to Nexus 4 stock, but the Nexus 7 with 3G is now back in play (pun intended).

The Google Nexus 7 avec 3G didn’t generate quite the same buying frenzy as the Nexus 4 (understandable, since the non-3G Nexus 7 had been on sale for months), but it steadily sold in decent quantities till Google eventually fired up “SOLD OUT” in bold red letters.

Well, if you fancy the 3G Nexus 7, it’s again available from Google Play right now, with the usual “Delivered in 3-5 business days” promise.

Google Nexus 7 specs include a 7in IPS display (800 x 1280), 1.2MP rear camera, quad-core Tegra 3 processor, 1GB of RAM, and 16 or 32GB internal storage (no microSD support).

The 3G Google Nexus 7 in particular is only available with 32GB internal storage, and costs an entirely reasonable £239. Not too shabby at all, considering the 16GB Google Nexus 7 used to go for £199.
