Not a deal as such, but a heads up that Google Play Music has more than doubled its free cloud storage from 20,000 to 50,000 tracks. Having uploaded tracks, you can listen to them through the Google Play Music app or through the desktop interface.
Amazon Music, meanwhile, has a 250-track cap (without spending anything; subscribers can store up to 250,000), while iTunes Match – £21.99 per year – has a 25,000 limit. Granted iTunes Match also includes ad-free listening with iTunes Radio, but Google Play Music is – again – free.
A reminder, too, that you can grab free Google Play Music All Access for 30 days, usually £9.99 per month.
