Headphone recommendations?

Any headphone recommendations for a smartphone/tablet?
Are Skull Candy or Beats worth the money, or should I go with trusty Sennheiser for £15? :)

I'd go for the Sennheisers...
Beats and all those brands? You pay for the image...
I do like flat or fabric covered wires though....

I use the standard Samsung ones, the ones from my Note 2 broke and replacements were a fiver off Amazon. They sound far better than you'd imagine.

In fairness to Samsung - their headphones were always okay.... - at least on the better devices.

I have some CX500s too, but they're not really in the same league as the Samsungs and I look after them far better. That said, given the choice of full price CX500s or full price Samsungs, I'd probably go with the Samsungs and never have to worry about them breaking...my first pair of CX500s had a hoover related incident which resulted in their demise, I was not best pleased with myself. Since then, their replacements live in their pouch on the side, rather than tossed aside when I've finished using them.

Hoovering expensive headphones; a definite live and learn moment :(.
