Tempting...but: horrific pdf support. No doc editing. No ePub reader, etc... come on HP, stop relying on homebrewers and spend some mone on essentials, wil you ;)

These'll be collectors items now HP is ditching webOS.

Now that HP have conceded to Apple and ditched their post PC devices, they should hand over webOS to Google, 'my enemies enemy'. But it looks like it might be going to Amazon instead.
Personally I love webOS, it has awesome potential but with all the other kids on the block, I cannot see it ever becoming a successful Eco system on it's own.
PS. These will plummet in price now!

Where did you see it was going to Google? Personally would love for it to go to Nokia (tho that'll never happen now) - Top spec phones with innovative technology and a stable and fun OS..

Saying that, someone like Amazon would be good as they have enough muscle (and customer knowledge HP :-p ) to push this forward

It's not, it was just a recommendation, Nokia would also be a good one but they wouldn't have a scooby as to what to do with it.
