WHO would pre-order one of those when even WP apps developers haven't got full access to WP8, yet? Wait for the actual launch of WP8, peoplinskis... the features advertised by Nokia, HTC and Samsung say nothing about WP8 itself.

If you read the hukd threads some seem convinced that these phones (with the 8x) are the second coming... 
Any preorder seems odd to me, that saying saw a phone I'd really like late yesterday though, US only though
