HTC Peep for HTC Desire.... any updates?

So HTC Peep hasn't been working on the HTC Desire for about 2 weeks now... citing a wrong user name/password

I haven't heard anything back from HTC (they say just keep an eye on the website... brilliant move guys)

does anyone know what's going on or when this will be fixed?!

I'm looking for more information as to why this has happened, HTC Desire HD already had the fix... im just looking for some way to work around this... or if anyone has heard anything unofficially.

No, I couldn't find any news.
I find peep lacks too many features to be really useful anyway.
But still, poor form from Htc :(

It's getting more & more ridiculous with the problem for htc peeps. It has been weeks since the day this problem starts! I'm so **** off! I tried many ways just to settle the problem but it just wont HELP! This problem has already occur since the day I got this HTC Desire. But firstly, it was fine already. But now? PROBLEMS COMES AGAIN!

But AngryGirl, one thing is puzzling me: Peep, you know... it sucks. It's slow and features are basic. I mean, yeah, it's nice of HTC to include it, but there are better free twitter apps in The Market - some with nice widgets.
Still, you have a point - it is ridiculous, and HTC used to be better.

I just like to be able to post to facebook and twitter at the same time... and have them appear in the same feed, its alot more convenient for me.
where else can I do that? any other apps available that do this?

seesmic/tweetdeck dont allow me to view all in one stream, nor post to both at the same time

Tweetdeck does allow you to view all messages in one stream (the "Home" stream, to be precise), and post to both Facebook and Twitter at the same time.
