New HTC Puccini shots leaked

New HTC Puccini shots leakedThe HTC Puccini is still entirely unofficial, but BGR has scored a few shots of the Taiwanese manufacturer’s successor to the HTC Flyer.

The 7in HTC Flyer raised many an eyebrow at Mobile World Congress in February, but didn’t quite live up to our lofty expectations. The HTC Puccini has our eyebrows well and truly raised once again.

The new shots confirm an 8MP camera with a possible dual-LED flash, stereo speakers, and a microphone. The HTC Puccini will also support optional stylus input, like the HTC Flyer.

Previous chatter about the HTC Puccini's specs suggested a 10in display (1280 x 800), Honeycomb, and a Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8660 1.5GHz dual-core processor.

We first heard about the HTC Puccini over two months ago, back in May, so we’re hoping the Quietly Brilliant manufacturer gives us the official lowdown real soon.

Specs sound solid enough, but I think HTC Sense needs a bit of tweaking for tablets. Whereas it's a joy to use on phones, it's just not as great to use on tablets and feels a bit dumbed down. Anyway! If the price is right...
